God is More Than Willing

Is God really concerned about me? We know how powerful He is and all that He can do; but do we believe He cares enough about us to address our needs? When we view the story of the leper, found in Mark 1:40-45, we see that the leper had faith in what Jesus could do, if He wanted to.  Verse 41 states “And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth His hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.” Immediately, the leper was cleansed. Yes, Jesus was willing, and He is still willing to move to address our needs today. When we believe, and seek Him to act in our lives, He will. He not only wants to address those earthly issues we take to Him, though the answer may not be as quick as seen by the leper. But more so, He wants to forgive us for our sin, and through His righteousness make us worthy of His grace. He wants what is best for us because He loves us so much. If He can do so much for the leper, think what He is more than willing to do for you.
